I actually like the way the video was done. It's like she's sending the guy she claims to be just a friend a personal message. Sounds like she's asking him why are we pretending that " We're Just Friends". When there's definately something more than just a friendship here. They both have someone in the life but their relationship is way more than just your typical friendship between a man and a woman. This is a beautiful song as a matter of fact her entire cd tells a beautiful story.

I don't mind making a simple video, but this song is suitable for a bar scene. Vanessa sits in a bar with different takes from the bartenders and the guests would be nicer.

Breathless is a better video, simple but classy.
