WWE and TNA technically aren't in direct competition. Their shows and PPVs are not shown at the same time.
If TNA was bold enough to move their show to Monday or Friday, then direct competition could exist. Who knows? Fans could benefit from the 2 shows trying to outperform each other again.
If there's only 1 company, with no major competitor, where's the incentive for improvement?

What a dumb question. And if I was a stockholder, I wouldn't want him to buy it. Is TNA really a profitable company worth buying? ECW closed before Vince bought it. WCW was for sale because AOL/Time Warner didn't want the show. All other companies WWE bought were shut down and so what the WWE actually bought was their library.

WWE and TNA technically aren't in direct competition. Their shows and PPVs are not shown at the same time.
If TNA was bold enough to move their show to Monday or Friday, then direct competition could exist. Who knows? Fans could benefit from the 2 shows trying to outperform each other again.
If there's only 1 company, with no major competitor, where's the incentive for improvement?
