This fight is symbolic for a few reasons, for one it would be the last time Chuck would be victorious inside of the UFC cage. With Wanderlei battling Chuck, it was the meeting of the legendary Light Heavyweight Champions. Chuck would surprise everyone by showing that he has good offensive wrestling when he wants to use it as opposed to just Sprawl and Brawl all of the time

But after Silva knocked Chuck to the ground, Silva just stood there, & waited for Chuck to get up. Foolish mistake. & It cost Silva the whole fight. He should've continuted to attack, & that fight would've been final, WAY before it ended up being. Tat-for-tat, Silva was the better fighter, but he made goofball mistakes.
