As you hit high rpm's, is that clicking the back-fire, or just the video camera clipping. Because honestly, if the engine sounds like at revs like that, something is WRONG.

it´s not hitting redline, it was only revving to 4800rpm, it has a AEM EMS and this was the 2step/antilag

Wow that's massive! do you do your own tune ups and instalations or do you have a special Supra mechanic to do the dirty work?
