Pretty good. I think you could make it better by making it shorter ( I think you could easily cut it in half) and by smoothing out the keyframes. I don't now what you used to animate this, but there should be an option to put bevel handles on the keyframes so the motion doesn't change abruptly. I'm thinking particularly about the :27 mark.
I have to agree with doubleloop, but if they say 45 seconds (clients always want hours and hours, either tell them no, or make it more interesting - that area around the 35 second mark - dead - an 'empty bucket' as a colleague of mine used tosay. Otherwise nice and atmospheric.

Our Institution had asked us to make an animation for a timeline of over 45 seconds so i had no other option to but to slow down the process....
