@Kennethstupi Hiya! I had exactly the same problem as i have an older ipod touch. All i did was i went to 'Sections' in cydia, then scrolled town to 'Tweaks'. Then click on it and go to 'B' and on mine it's the second one from the top of the 'B' section. If not it will be there somewhere. It's called 'background activator' from 'modmyi'. Down load that and you'll find it in winterboard, called 'wallpaper os4'. I've typed loads so i'm going now, hope this helps!
