Been listening to this for fifteen years now and it never gets old, truly beautiful in every way. Must be in my top ten tunes now.And that's saying something. Saw her when my friends abandoned me on the One World stage at Glasto 2003. Always feels like it's fresh. Beth's beautiful in spite of her tragic life.

She lost her dad at 11 then lost her mum at 18. She travelled to Thailand & lived with Buhddist Nuns. Often refrences sun in her songs . Sun represents hope and love. She suffered great losses at a young age. Talented resilliant full of love and at times Zen like melancholy in her songs.
