I found myself visiting that site with my Google Chrome browser. With the browser you can choose to not allow the site to create more popup windows and thus terminate the Rick Roll. There's a cure to it, finally!

on your desktop.

open it, find your browsers name

(internet explorer is iexplore or something, and firefox, opera, and google chrome is firefix.exe, opera.exe, and chome.exe)
