WHen you drink the Spicy do the stew bonuses stack?

If I had a +2 boost then drank another and it was +3, would I have +5? or +3?

if u relog everytime u make 8 overloads it keeps your herblore stat boosted, so you can technically keep it at the required level for aslong as you want
