    My mind =blown.

  • Freaking Animal!

  • How come your vids have no dislikes??

  • will you please do some more hammer and tyre excersises

  • How did you make that homemade medicine ball that you've mentioned in the video?

  • Hadouken

  • make more home-made work out equipments tutorials.

  • Im about to get a tire this weekend from a buddy of mine. so im looking for some workouts to do with it. Gotta keep in shape for wrestling season lol

  • the burpees are a great idea. thanks for posting

  • I got 3 tires for $10 bucks. the problem is the sledgehammer, never realized it would cost upwards of about 50 lol

  • what does working out with the sleaghammer do for you???

  • can somebody please help me out. I just finished reading infinite intensity which was great by the way, and am confused about the 50 day program. Is day 6 meant to be performed on saturday or does the 5 day cycle apply to weeks meaning day 6 would be on the following monday. Thank s

  • @MultiDann23 - The sample plan is not based around the calendar. There is no consideration for weekends. You can certainly modify the plan however. The sample is just a sample. You can find more details regarding modification options within my forum under the post-purchase thread.

  • @rossenamait I too have really been enjoying "Infinite Intensity", & thought I'd throw some encouragement your way. You're the 'real McCoy', Ross. If there was one disappointment it was that with such a broad & creative range of equipment, kettlebells (unless I missed it) were not even mentioned. I say "disappointment" just b/c I have liked KB's & was told they were great. But I respect you a great deal and you must not think that highly of them (?). Sandbags did get a 'thumbs up', though.

  • @pnutbutrncrackers - Check the post-purchase thread within my forum. It is at the top of the Strength and Conditioning section. There is a thread related to k-bells (I much prefer dumbbells).

  • @rossenamait Will do, sir. Thanks for the response.

  • Great video thanks. If you are doing tire flipping and you want to make a little bit more difficult; each time you flip it, instead of running around it to flip it again, you can squat jump INTO the tire and then OUT of it then repeat. I saw people doing this at my gym the other day.

  • Another place to check for tires is lumber mills, your city's municipal yard, rock quarries etc. Any place you see loaders working. If you want a thicker wall tire, try to look for a "rock tire". This is usually stamped in the sidewall of the tire.

  • thank u.

  • Dude if lugging boulders was in your training regime America would have half a dozen 600ft pyramids by now!!!

  • Ross, is that a 20.5/25 or a 23.5/25 tire?

  • I would like to say thats a damn good workout.

  • Great stuf Ross! Keep it up. Quick question, what were the two "hand wipe/ pad" looking things you were using? Similar to wheel extensions but you were using the pads instead of a wheel. Home made as well?

  • @geoylee - They are furniture sliders. I have another tutorial on using them within my channel. I'm not sure if I can link to it here within a comment (I'll try).

  • @rossenamait what kind of shoes were those, they sounded like they had really hard soles in the last exercise

  • @bignick703 - No, just old wrestling shoes. They are actually quite comfortable.

  • You are fitness maniac, I love it! =)

  • can i you a regular tire for the first exercise?

  • @f00k321 - Yes, you wouldn't need as large a tire for sledge work. I wouldn't go too small however, as the tire will be more likely to slide on you.

  • Great inspiration video bro.The jump burbees are crazy.I did pick up a tractor tirwe but I dont know how much it weighs. It does look like yours. The size I have is 14.00x20ML..Do you know how much it weighs??Thanks and lookin forward to more of your tire trainning videos..

  • @Onefsturbocrx23 - Get the manufacturer, model number, name, etc. and you can likely find the information online. Once you find someone selling the actual tire, weight should be listed in the details.

  • Keep these videos up Ross and I will end up having my DIY gym. Good stuff, thank you

  • Haha. I've never seen 100 likes and 0 dislike before way to go

  • Nice work Ross

    You're making those burpees hurt!!

  • To address the problem of water sitting inside the side wall, just drill 1/2" holes every 8-12 inches around the side wall on both sides and it will drain out by its self. And just wanted to say I love your stuff. Very info packed and devoid of fluff- as well you are a product of your training which leads me to believe it works and works well!

  • Purcell Tires in North Las Vegas, NV. Not only will they happily give you them for free they'll help you load it.

  • I would not want to fuck with Ross in any way, shape, or form...

  • I really appreciate all of the information that you have given us. Very inspirational. I have just purchased a few lashing straps and your tutorial will make the assembly process a whole lot easier. Keep up the good work.

  • AWESOME VIDEO! HOW MUCH DOES YOUR TIRE WEIGH, YOU PUSHED IT DOWN AND TOOK ITS LUNCH MONEY!

  • @BILLASHLEY3081 - Ha, thanks! As for the tire, it's only around 550 lbs. It sounds like a lot, but tires can be much heavier. I've got another tire outside that is much bigger.

  • @rossenamait your the man this is gonna help me alot i've had a tire for years in my back yard and now it has a use.

  • That was wicked. Thanks Ross.

  • Ross! Man much respect for your work ethic. You are a hoss bro. Keep bringin' it and stay strong.

  • @you0rsp888 - Thanks!

  • Tire battling is cool too. If you don’t have a friend to do it with then you can use a tree or wall. I love my tires. They do it all; full body workouts, triple extension, multiple uses. Do you ever swing the sledge like a golf club and beat the side of the tire?

Great channel. Great video. Your compilation videos get me siked up to workout.

  • @yyportne - Thanks you... As for your question, we don't do as much golf style swings with the sledge. Certainly not a bad variation, but we'll often mix in the tornado ball to work more side-to-side type action (it's also heavier, which is a plus).

  • Okay, now teach me how to get one inside my little apartment in Taiwan... my health is deteriorating rapidly here (fitness health anyway), at home in the US I made new stuff all the time and always had fun. Tons of things you can do in a little apartment, but I like making stuff, dammit.

  • no doubt in my top 5 channels, keep it up you sicko :D

  • someone needs to make remix of the last 30 seconds of this clip

  • that is sweet

  • With the problem of water cloggin up the inside of the tyre, the way I have got around that is drill some holes in the bottom and the water will no longer clog up!

Those burpees with the step ups are proper bastards to do, they seemed almost easy for you! Training hard still

  • did you make those push up bars yourself??? they looked amazing. if so do u have a tutorial for them??

    cheers

  • @mapmu - Yes, I made the handles (originally for handstand pushups). If you search on my main site (rosstraining), you can find an entry called Handstand Pushup Handles. I tried to include the link here but Youtube isn't allowing it. Email me if you can't find it. I can send the link to you.

  • Man are you even a human :D

  • those burpees are sick your quick as hell bro

  • brilliant Ross, I do a burpee tire flip combo. Where I flip the tire jump into the middle of the tire jump back out into a burpee and repeat .....its an awesome lil combo!

  • I'd like to convert my garage into a training area like you have. About how much space are you working with?

  • @ShiningFist03 - I'm not sure of the exact dimensions but I can measure it. I don't have too much room but every last foot is used. The shelving on the walls certainly helps to free up floor space.

  • awesome i just got mine out today finally warm enough to throw it around.

  • Wow. Great Video! I never knew you could get them for free. I figured they were going to be really expensive. You have a great channel keep it up

  • @mikenfl84 - Thanks! As for the tires, they are certainly one of the least expensive weights you'll find. If you have a truck, you can literally get one for free.

  • @rossenamait yeah I dont have a truck but I can borrow one for free. keep uploading vids!

  • dude ur in shape! those last sets u were doing were great, keep up the good work ross

  • 1 word for ross.... BEAST.

  • Sounded like you were trying to beat box during the last exercise.

  • @IronDiggy - LMAO!

  • @rossenamait shot up

  • @IronDiggy Agreed. Not going to lie, I was almost bopping my head to that beat

  • much appreciated Ross for this video.

  • Ross you are the man, love your videos and your awesome training techniques. Keep up the great work!!!!
