This episode scared the crap out of me when I was 10. I remember the first time I watched this, I got so scared that I changed the channel during the middle of the episode.
That girl bitching about technology, I just wanted to slap her in the face and knock her into the fire. I know its just a show, but I know people like her and they just depress me.. Talking about the good old days when life was boring and all one could do was survive..
I love this show! nowadays, they never have any shows like this. It's disappointing... It's so simple yet soooo good and addicting! My siblings watched this when they were like 10 years old, they got me hooked! @che199967 yeah they should TOTALLY bring this show back!

but there are so many episodes about computers/technology causing problems.

Hated the girl's comments in the beginning, because it makes it bluntly obvious that she knows nothing about technology and ruins the story a little.
"A computer chip tells you when to wake up..." No, you program the alarm to go off at a specific time.
"Computers are getting smarter..." No, they're generally improving over time thanks to advances in technology.
I only hope real people don't think like she does.
Otherwise, a decent episode, never saw it before.
