The layer should be bump mapped (or whatever Adobe calls that) and put on a blending mode that makes it look as if it is actually on the shirt. Also, I recommend tracking with a background or something else that moves with you, or on a bare chest for more contrast.... that is, unless this is the effect that you were looking for.
