She must be one of the many different singers of many different covers of this song that is played during ending of the Evangelion series. There seemed to be so many. There is another version on youtube of this cover with all three voice actors who voiced Misato, Rei, and Asuka. My favorite version is the one sung by Utada Hikari, which was one of the versions played in the series, I think. :) Still not sure who the original singer is. I heard Sinatra, but I also heard he popularized it.
