whose fault? the last car in the back (green one) why? because he didnt react to the brake light. the first three cars made a stop on time, also the green car was over the speed limit (i dont know whats the speed limit on that avenue but i thinki it shouldnt be more than 25 and looks like he was 35 and didnt pay attention to the road.)

I don't think so. That back car didn't brake at all. It was entirely that driver's fault because they failed to react to the brake lights coming on in front of them.
