Not bad I agree with Rainwave9 I also would say lower the bass a little. You need to work on your EQ. The Odd pumbing sound that makes it sound muffled is not great. Overall it is a great track.

However your fanbase is for dominos. You get some mad fans if you keep posting music.

I would suggest make a second channel for music.

the limiter, and the ceil a little up too. The limiter decreases the volume above a certain level, so because your bass is rather loud, the limiter cuts it off, creating the sound. If you do so, or even remove the whole limiter, you have a chance of clipping and distortion, making it sound much less audible. If you don't use a limiter at all, you will eventually get a better mix, but you'd have to do a lot on the mastering (getting the volume back up), which is damn hard.

Anyway, great job man!

@Rainwave9 Thanks for the advice! I should probably just let you listen to the song first from now on. Otherwise the video will be outdated when I improve it after. I fixed the bass with the EQ but now you can't or barely can hear it and I don't want to make it too loud. What's the ceil? I also added the limiter to all the instrument plug in things.

@Hevesh5 The limiter has a few knobs below the display. There's one that says ceil and one that says gain. I believe that it's the input, the amount of volume that goes into the limiter. The ceil is sort of like the 'ceiling', the further you push it down, the more you limit it.

It takes quite some time to get things right with the bass. Basses are one of the things I still find tricky to master. Try and balance it out a little with EQ, but also with volume. :]

@Hevesh5 You really notice that the track has much less of that muffled sound, it sounds a lot better!

The reason you don't hear your bass (or hardly hear it), is because it has pretty much no high end (higher frequencies). I suggest fiddling that out with the EQ or choose a different synth for your bass, one that has a bit more high end. :]

Great work man, really nice melodies, great use of filtering and sfx!

I do have some advice for you about the mix of the song however :]

You probably noticed that the song has a big sucking sound to it, that's because of the bass.

I suggest either choosing a different synth for your bass, or you could also try EQ'ing it in the mixer. It needs a little more higher frequencies and less bass, the low frequencies mainly cause the sucking effect.

Another thing you could do is turn up the gain on...
