@sabrinaraffaele Dish washing liquid and hot water do sanitize the dishes quite well. I'm not suggesting people let animals lick the plates and pans, but I seriously doubt the germs survive. The animals lick their owners and they probably don't run to wash afterwards. Children develop their immune systems from exposure to germs. Being too ultra clean might even hurt kids. Kids have grown up on farms, mucking around and such and survived just fine.
