I'm so sad that these guys broke up. This was the first "real" band I liked, meaning that they wrote their own tunes, amazing ones, and showed me what music was really about. I had been listening to Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears before. Non-mainstream music didn't exist in my world until I happened to pick up their album. This was the first song I truly loved by them. Sorry to be so effing corny. I have lots of feelings.

Not only did they give me some of the best music to listen to but they taught me what, just like you said, real music with proper instruments and talent sounds like. I owe them the knowledge I have about music and the music industry today. To me, they were/are monumental in my life. I am crushed that they broke up.

@letlovebethehealer it's absolutely heart breaking they're gone! when i heard the news, i couldn't accept it! mainly because they're my fav band and have been for so long and i was at such an awkward age i couldn't see them live. these were the 1st proper band i loved and when 14, strength in numbers was released and they toured but didn't play my area! i hope they look at these comments some day and think, "lets do at least one last tour!"

the Rage tv program was where i first saw n heard these guys, i was blown away instantly...ran out bought the c.d and practically worn it down listening to these guys..Biggest shame was the "silent" track on the c.d it only worked on one stereo i had use of at the time MY EX G/F'S aint heard that silent track since she n i split 5 years ago... i miss that song more

This band, are to the norties what flowered up were to the nineties, a totally fucking cool band trying and successfully creating a unique sound that blended the new dance wrythms with british indie ethics. They should've been fucking huge and not just another indie band with a cult following; which they probaly would have been before the dull corpaorate americans got there greedy teeth in to them and tried to make them mainstream friendly. The sad irony was they just faded in to obscurity.

I love this song so much and think the same, these guys were just ignored criminally.
