I had a Mitsubishi Pajero imported from Japan it's tough and reliable car... It's a 2006 model Pajero, 5 doors, automatic transmission and even though it has an automatic trans it runs like hell... 2.8 Intercooler Turbo Diesel rocks!!!
In some latin-american countries mitsubishi refers to the pajero as montero and i saw recently an outlander in a rally competition and it looks so like the pajero.
check out my profile image and you'll see what i mean. oh by the way,mitsubishi also uses the outlander in smaller rally competitons!(just to let u know it's not just an ordinary suv, it's smaller than the pajero(and cheaper!)iknow but it still has some amazing off-road features!
I really wish we were able to get Mitsubishi Pajero here in Canada.

No. The Pajero is its own vehicle.
The Pajero is the rally-type sports SUV
the outlander is just an ordinary suv
