In my Opinion, Ganguro looks Cute,Crazy,Fun and pretty unique, but very wierd at the same time. Ulzzang looks CUTE,ADOROBLE and just TOO CUTE but too simple at the same time. If i were to pick 1 of those styles for me would be Ganguro as i am the clown around people and the unique one in my group.

No. There are asian women who wear wigs and black women who have strong hair. Depends on the person. Some "ganguro" girls are inspired by western style of the sterotypical california girls and ghetto black chicks. There are some Japanese youth who wear urban street fashion based on black hip hop culture.
