G'day how to learn to breath to play is get a glass of water and a straw and blow bubbles through the straw while not stopping the bubbles you breath throuth your nose. It will take a little time but most will get it in around 10 to 15 mins.. good luck. Rod

you must use youre whole mouth and cheeks filled with air as an lung in bitween for about lesser than a second, push all air out you're mouth while breating in through you're nose
