Thank you for the video. I think it would be much easier to follow if the scarf color stuck out more from the hair. None the less though, it is helpful. I think I may use this technique since 4 strand braids can sometimes make hair look thin.

She used a completely different technique to recreate Kim's look (highly requested by HER viewers who not necessarily follow Luxy) and Luxy has never shown how to create this unique braiding pattern with the scarf in the center that Lilith shows in this video. And should we follow you logic, it's Luxy who should give credit to Lilith because she made her first video on a 4 strand braid ages ago on Jul 5, 2010

Ive seen A LOT of people here on youtube create the Kim K scarf AND the four strand braid within this year.

Sure you can say they all pretty much uploaded them at the same time making it look a bit weird but hey, maybe they just brainstormed at the same time.

People that invented the hairstyle SHOULD be given credit. Oh hell no, luxyhair are not even professionals. You should be saying the same thing to them. THEY also take steal ideas saying THEY created them.

@Teagan2598 She has layers too and so do I. You have to learn how to manipulate your hair into the braid so it doesn't stick out. It's a bit tricky to figure out, but you roll the braid in so the end of the layer is tucked into the braid.

@chiqua1970 Try doing it on dolls or tie strands of yarn/embroidery floss together, secure them to a door (or safety pin them to a pillow, couch, etc.) and practice on them first before doing it on yourself. That's actually how I learned to braid and French braid as a kid. It's a weird transition at times, but it works. Build yourself up to working on yourself if you find working with 4 strands too clumsy. That's what I am doing right know since I can't figure out the hold.
