EI sux but still cant remove it ,i remove it basic like you do but when ever some1 send me a link from skype or something when i open it,guess what ... the fucking internet explorer show up and open the link :@ f piss me of fucking explorer makers go to hell!!!

YES YES! i had the same thing to! It was all these...um Pop Pops From IE And it got so anoyying and so much Lag too.... Plsu i went to Tsk manager and saw alot of iexploer.exe running and it toke like 50,000kps and half the cpu.... Fucking hate IE now...

it doesnt actually uninstall Internet Explorer. It just removes the shortcuts for it. If you ant proof just go to start > run > and type iexplore.exe and look at what happens ;)
