HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

@cowsgorawr1431 you can't just lose fat on your belly. Fat is lost all over the body at the same time. The best way to burn fat is through cardio. try fast walking for 30 minutes a day. Also fatty food cause the belly to gain fat.

I like this circuit. I actually tried it and I really felt the burn! Its not just for girls =P also its important to know the difference between 'burning calories' as a goal and using an HIIT circuit or activity for lasting results.. most people who focus on burning calories (95% of people) get fatter and quit early. just google "your fit assist" cuz it explains it

you can do a similar exercise called "M80's" that murder everything in a short period of time. I do it to burn myself out if I'm not satisfied yet. Its also important to mix this with a good diet. You can find some pretty legit diet tips if you google 'your fit assist'
They really should put a warning on this. Because people who are not in at least some basic shape could easily get hurt doing these exercises. They also didn't show any warm up routine.
I do this workout in my room. I use my dresser drawer for a cone;; tie my tube to the door knob. Talk about modifications, andusing what you got. This really works me out.,

LAME, just try what i do, first run for 15 minutes, then jump the rope as u like by series or time, up to you, then do the third exercise the video shows and after all that take a break about of 2 minutes, drink water, and if u can affort it, buy a pounching bag and pounching bag gloves, so u hit it u kick it u knee it... u head it... actually i do that but anyway and for last 75 abs do that for 3 months and u will see real results... sorry my english is not that good

@Slaterking2010 if only it were that easy - running isn't for everyone, think of overweight people (like me) that have problems with ankles and knees. Sure, good shoes, decent track, reasonable pace - I would be able to enjoy jogging/running eventually, but I need to get past the basics first
The woman is doing squats completely wrong. She is bending her knees past her ankles. This is really bad for the knees. She should be keeping her knees at 90 degrees, pushing her butt back. She also throws her arms overhead instead of placing them, so her weights are either too heavy or she lacks the proper form.

I was exercising before this, and had stretched before even, and stumbled on this video and thought to try it, but I've pulled so many leg muscles doing the lunges with the cone, this is a warning!! Stretch immediately after doing it, don't just continue like I did, you need to stretch out and in the muscles you used when lunging so vigorously. Word of advice.

if every rep is 5 calories then my calculator said it is well over 500 calories so why are you saying its not 500calories? Her demo is not 500 but if you keep with the suggested count it will go up to 700 calories per work routine.
this is not an 500 calorie workout. the only way this would burn 500 calories is if your morbidly obese. otherwise, if you want to burn calories, you have to do 20-40 mins of cardio, elevating your heart rate to 60-80 percent of its max and doing high weight low rep weight training
Elite marathon runners burn 500-1000 cals per hour at race speed. Their race speed is faster than most Americans can sprint. Yet... this fluff burns 500 cals?
@aoluo555 Okay, well this is called a circuit you do each move with little to no rest in between each exercise. at the end of the circuit they weight for a minute or so then they start again with little to no rest between exercises. They repeat the circuit 5 times. Will this burn 500 calories instantly? No. Why circuits have become so popular is because of the fact that it burns calories after your done as in throughout the rest of the day.
@therlinwow1 I know about the after burn effect or EPOC. The thing is even walking for an hour can give you this after burn effect. Although it would be very small. To get a significant rise in metabolism or EPOC, you must exercise VERY INTENSELY. Heavy weights, sprinting, high intensity intervals all give you a decent EPOC. Even then, this EPOC is only 100-300 calories over 24 hours depending on how INTENSE you train. Once again, most people do not train THAT intensely.
@aoluo555 Yes but comparing this to the average person this work out would be considered tough. The thing is most people in america would get winded from doing squats without any weights properly. The intensity really depends on the persons athletic level. This girl does this stuff for a living as you can see in the video and look at her shows. So this is more of a demostration rather then her getting a good work out. Plus if a 200-300 pound guy does this. He may find this fairly difficult.

Yes, yes, I can also walk the dog, I'm not making excuses, I just meant I can't jump in and burn 1k calories by running, but I can do home exercises like the video demonstrated. Peace :-)

@Slaterking2010 if only it were that easy - running isn't for everyone, think of overweight people (like me) that have problems with ankles and knees. Sure, good shoes, decent track, reasonable pace - I would be able to enjoy jogging/running eventually, but I need to get past the basics first

The woman is doing squats completely wrong. She is bending her knees past her ankles. This is really bad for the knees. She should be keeping her knees at 90 degrees, pushing her butt back. She also throws her arms overhead instead of placing them, so her weights are either too heavy or she lacks the proper form.

No one can tell if it burns 500 calories because that is determined on how much muscle you have. Someone who weighs 100kg of low body fat would prob burn 500 cals but that chick prob won't.
Want to burn high calories in a workout?...but keep on burning calories AFTER you are done? Lift heavy weights (under supervision if inexperienced). Do complexes such as squat with overhead press, Burpees with pushups, leg raises into chinups, etc. I like his mountain climbers tho!

I was exercising before this, and had stretched before even, and stumbled on this video and thought to try it, but I've pulled so many leg muscles doing the lunges with the cone, this is a warning!! Stretch immediately after doing it, don't just continue like I did, you need to stretch out and in the muscles you used when lunging so vigorously. Word of advice.

Plus if you want you can combine this with treadmil rowing machine and regular pull ups or pushups to burn even MORE calories

if every rep is 5 calories then my calculator said it is well over 500 calories so why are you saying its not 500calories? Her demo is not 500 but if you keep with the suggested count it will go up to 700 calories per work routine.

this is not an 500 calorie workout. the only way this would burn 500 calories is if your morbidly obese. otherwise, if you want to burn calories, you have to do 20-40 mins of cardio, elevating your heart rate to 60-80 percent of its max and doing high weight low rep weight training

@aoluo555 Okay, well this is called a circuit you do each move with little to no rest in between each exercise. at the end of the circuit they weight for a minute or so then they start again with little to no rest between exercises. They repeat the circuit 5 times. Will this burn 500 calories instantly? No. Why circuits have become so popular is because of the fact that it burns calories after your done as in throughout the rest of the day.

@therlinwow1 I know about the after burn effect or EPOC. The thing is even walking for an hour can give you this after burn effect. Although it would be very small. To get a significant rise in metabolism or EPOC, you must exercise VERY INTENSELY. Heavy weights, sprinting, high intensity intervals all give you a decent EPOC. Even then, this EPOC is only 100-300 calories over 24 hours depending on how INTENSE you train. Once again, most people do not train THAT intensely.

@aoluo555 Yes but comparing this to the average person this work out would be considered tough. The thing is most people in america would get winded from doing squats without any weights properly. The intensity really depends on the persons athletic level. This girl does this stuff for a living as you can see in the video and look at her shows. So this is more of a demostration rather then her getting a good work out. Plus if a 200-300 pound guy does this. He may find this fairly difficult.
