Scream Bloody Gore was like the base. Atmospheric, for the msot part. ahd a strange emotion that hit me. and then the Acid was up to Sound of Perserverence, where i loved it because of technicality (emotion was still there, though)

all had emotion though. I wont explain the rest, but all albums had something different but were equal

@Chips185 nice. and i dont mean they sound alike as in an exact repleca. Metallica sounds very similar to Testament, Kreator to Slayer, Heathen to Anthrax, etc

but it's like Death is all the way up in the sky, the rest are just average, except for a couple more esceptions like At the Gates Entombed, obituray etc

plus, Death metal spoiled. thrash is still great with bands Evile and Warbringer

@AIC2374 death metal is not spoiled man! i mean sure, there are bastardized versions of it (deathcore), but real death metal lives on. it has just taken a different turn in recent years. look up defeated sanity, spawn of possession, gravehill, septycal gorge, or decrepit birth just to name a few. death metal is still kicking, it has just evolved a bit since the days of possessed, death, obituary, etc. i for one love the direction it has taken and will continue to support it forever!
