@kylestadnyk if youve gotta ask it usually means you are one, but id deny that if i was you and just say this guy is, a gaper is not necessarily an inexperienced skier rather an incexperienced skier that thinks he knows what hes doing, usually defined by the gaper gap between their goggles and helmet, beanie, stocking cap, also defined by wearing bright colors and riding in the gaper tuck (tuck with ski poles pointing way way up in the air when going entirely too slow to even need a tuck)
