Also, you cannot sue in criminal court. That is a civil court function. certain protesters might sue IN CIVIL COURT, but in criminal court the district attorney is the one that represents the plaintiff, who is meant to be "the people" (as represented by those elected by "the people").

So, if you're a lawyer looking to get rich, protecting protesters (which is known as DEFENDING, in legal terms) in CRIMINAL court, is likely to NEVER make you a lot of money. He's smart enough to pass the bar exam, he's smart enough to know that. Therefore he can't be looking to make much money, or even reputation, given the amount of hours needed to adequately represent his clients. So, no he isn't.

Also, you cannot sue in criminal court. That is a civil court function. certain protesters might sue IN CIVIL COURT, but in criminal court the district attorney is the one that represents the plaintiff, who is meant to be "the people" (as represented by those elected by "the people").
