This is stupid. I don't even know what to say. I'm sorry for both families, but you can't blame the company for someone's lunatic actions. Publix shouldn't have to offer "counseling" to someone who must have been doing a piss poor job at work to get fired. But I guess they had to blame someone. May as well be someone they can sue for a bunch of money.
I feel for both familys. And I hope they can come to terms with there losses.

I can understand the concerns with how the company handled this poorly but.. really..? They're suppose to search facebook pages and invade peoples privacy? Are they suppose to do this for all employees all the time to ensure ''safty". And is publixs suppose to not hire anyone that owns a gun? Or goes to a shooting range?
