  • That motor looks friggin sweet!!! The only thing I would suggest you change is this. Take off that briggs muffler at the end of the high flow pipe and put on an RLV silencer. That should help your torque curve and make it kick off the corners a little quicker then the briggs muffler. Other than that the motor should be VERY fast!!

  • what rocker arms are you running? i have basically same set up as you and im running standard rockers. we think they keep bending under high rpm and causing the exhaust valve to keep breaking.

  • @C411M3 hi i have chinese engine on my cart which looks same as this engine even spare parts are the same only problem is when i starts the engine caught up speed and carb is not fuctioning properly as they told me the buterfly inside i snot closeing so its intaking air inside , how and form wher ei can can get a carb with new air filter so i can fix my cart , your reply will be very helpfull , nice video thanks

  • mine is geared up for 6000rpm, havent taken it over that.

  • why have you only geared it to 6000? ive geared mine to 7500 and you should get more rpm than me with that motor. im still running the standard flywheel that you used to and mine is fine. so you didnt need to change if your only doing 6000 with it.

    i have done same as you accept aint done mikuni or bliger valves. mine will rev to 8400 so fuck knows what yours will do. good luck using that standard flywheel! lol btw you should cut every other blade off of the flywheel fan to get it to spin quicker.

  • yea yea yea it is a fucken proven fact that if you have a big valve head with a .290 lift cam you will produce 20hp oh yea you also have to have a bigger carb and i know that he has a 276 lift cam which with the stock rockers will come out to be like .28? proven fact! he also has a high flow exaust + 18lbs valve springs i know maby no 18hp but at least 15hp+ which i think is still a good combonation ohhh almost forgot the parts were pre lubed he said in a reply bc they came off a nother engine

  • hey dude, can you message me, i fucked with mine (its a honda clone) same stock parts as yours. Im trying to remove the rev limiter (push the pin through the block) but i cant get teh flywheel off, anyway what my real problem is that i fucked up the valve timing when I pulled of the case cover. how do i adjust them? the timings pretty close to stock, but theyre not quite. help me please

  • look up "honda clone" moter govner removal it works with the honda gx200 too

  • He should have between 12:1-13:1 static compression depending on how much it's milled. I looks to only be milled a small amount. Maybe no more than 0.040"

  • Your combo of parts are wrong. But you should still make about 14hp.

    The carb is way to small. That's the carb size you run with a stock valve head. I'm also the guy who design the .276" cam he is gonna run in this video. If he changed the carb to a tillotson 1" bore, or a 26mm mikuni he will make about 2 more HP. Check out my videos, and look for my GX200 motor. Running!

  • hey, 224736, flatheads don't make as much power with the same displacement cuz their compression ratio is limited to 7:1 cuz they dont have an overhead valve design.This guy probably has about a 14:1 compression ratio cuz of the 200cc displacement and the 14cc head i'm guessing. dont be such a jerk about it

  • there was 2 much milled of so the valves started touching the piston and it all went bang and seized up so now we r not big fans of agk! just out of curiosity where abouts r u do u live in england? cause as uve done all this tuning be4 u would be a gr8 help!

  • gr8 vid ive got a gx 160 and have done a lot to it i got the parts from affordable gokarts but they sold me a milled head and it wrecked my engine so now onto the spare! i have got a lot of power and i race my brothers 200 and its really even but can u give me advise on anything else thanks dan

  • gx200 carb will fit gx160 perfect. exterier is the same. only difference is gx200 has bigger internal flow hole, hence more fuel in = more power.
