This is a wonderful album. Engaging, uplifting and equal parts catchy and challenging. The production and arrangements are stellar (I'll admit, I was going in with perhaps not the highest expectations, but am thrilled to be put in my place). I listened to the podcast with the artist and it piqued my interest even more. There's lots of nuance here, and I can already tell it will be an album I come back to for years and continually discover new meanings & inspiration.

This "Baphomet" is an invention by Eliphas Lévi and has nothing to do with Freemasonry, but was used by Léo Taxil "against" Freemasonry. (See Taxil hoax -> Wikipedia)

Also, I meant the unfinished pyramid symbol from the US dollar bill when I said that Masonic spokespeople deny it is a Masonic symbol, not the Baphomet. Why is this prominantly freatured in this clip if it has nothing to do with Masonry?

This is great stuff. Some of the other Masonic music out there has a "country" slant to it, which isn't a bad thing. However, this sounds like some of the other contemporary music I listen to. Two thumbs up.!
