Incendeia-se facilmente quando alvejado por calibre .50, sem ar-condicionado fazendo com que atropa embarcada viaje dentro de um forno com ar saturado. Dos veículos ainda em operação no Brasil, 50% está inutilizada 25% em instrução e o restante serve apenas para o desfile de 7 de setembro.

I'd take a 113 anyday over a stryker.
Once those things get into terrain their high center of gravity causes them to tip or roll over very frequently.
There are training accidents everytime those things roll out into the field.
The beauty of the 113 is it's simplicity. It's a box on tracks and its silhouette / c-gravity is much lower then the stryker. It can also carry more weight because its a crawler.
Yep, your right that would make it possible but the STRYKER would be in lots of little pieces by the time your done and then the STRYKER would be useless.
Well your right, I should have said along with an M113, you'd need a welder, crane, new hydraulic and air lines, spare tires, paint, and various other parts to help fix the first 1/4 of the Stryker you ripped off when pulling it out of the muck....lol

I towed a lot of these out of the mud!
But, they were better than walking and the armor, allthough light, was thicker than a GI shirt.

I think the biggest advantage of the M113 so far is that you can drop several out of a large cargo plane, with a full complement of infantry.
