W5PEH (I think) this sounds like a little over twenty words a minute. I was proficient in my prime and used a Heathkit iambic keyer.

I talked to the Russians a lot during the cold war with CW, man those guys were good.

Some guys would use a straight key or a vibroplex. You could tell who was who simply by their key slang.
