that plane crash wasn't very accurate. There is no way that many people could survive a mid-air break-up like that. Plus, there would be burning jet fuel everywhere. It would get all over the survivors and burn them up.

but, albeit some audio mehs (as hearing Juliet's bell while seeing Charlie, which I don't know if it was on purpose), the video is very well done/edited. I just gotta say, that from the crash part, the video is just BRILLIANT and virtually flawless, with some audio overlays that look GREAT, and excellent superimpose of both crash sites, and the last scene (that by your commentary you've done recently), is perfectly done, with the LOST and all (though ev does it, yours fits th best)

always thought of doing something like this, looks like you (and many others) beat me to it.

just pointing out (as the neurotic, detail-lover, crazy, "over"-fan I sometimes prise myself of being), you have some little mistakes. ie, desmond deactivated the SYSTEM FAILURE a little earlier, but it was to late, the course was set (as the cockpit flew right off), and what caused the mid-air breakup was turbulance (pretty stronger than normal), that's why the tail fell short....

. I miss Shannon. Sure she had an abrasive personality, but most of her scenes are fantastic and Maggie Grace owns them (When she returns to the beach with Sayid and learns of Boone's death, crying over Boone's body, when Walt gives her Vincent, "Abandoned", etc.) She had a lot of potential as a character, and like Libby, I was sad and angry to see her go.

There something so primal about it- like a young child that hurt itself; you instinctively want to help her. Claire crawling out of the fuselage and yelling for help wins the #2 spot.

I think the most horrifying scene ever in the show, beating out Cindy vanishing, Jin and Eko hiding as the Others walk by, and even Jack and Sun trying to save Boone, is the when Jack walks out of the forest and the first thing he hears is a woman (Shannon) screaming. The ensuing horror and chaos of the crash is scares and fascinates me every time; but what cements it a one of the greatest moments in TV history is Shannon screaming her lungs out.

I really hope someone could do one for Season 4. It would be vastly improved by being told in Chronological order.

which also makes me think. I think Jacob is like a spirit version of the island, capturing memories of people and making those people see it. When the plane crashed there was flames and black smoke, Jacob could have tooken the form of the black smoke to haunt the survivors, as he does with dead people.

I think that too. I think Smokie is not the real form of what is the island's power or one of its ability or the very main security system.

I think the Smoke monster is like the dead people we meet in the show like Charlie, Jack's Dad or Hurley's made up friend Dave.

I think its Locke's deep fear or rage from living his life and bad things happening to him. A dark smoke being in his mind. When they crashed it escape and it turned into a real form that now stalks the island.

Hey mellowNdark, you mixed up. The Barracks (the place where the Others live) is on the main island. The Hydra station is on the other island. nickyjlyons made a good point. There should've been stuff flying around. Unless Desmond actually didn't cause the crash, he just caused the earthquake.
