  • I NEED HELP! I can't do the Hurdle stretch 0:30 when the leg is on the side, the side of the leg is so stiff I only fall over to the side. When I have the leg forward I can put my face on my knee.

  • Is this exercise for the right hip?

    Thanks

  • I need help I can't even sit in that position without feeling pain in my hamstring, any suggestions?

  • @sammyp9923 ive the same problem, terrible tight hamstrings

  • Great exercises....will surely try them!

  • Hello, can anybody help me, i have a twisted pelvis, pain is cronic and get numbness in both my legs. my cyropractor says i have tight muscles and to keep adding ice to help muscle and the pain should go away. Will it go away after time? what should i do?

  • This therapist knows what she is talking about...these are all good, light exercises for bad lower backs. However, there should be some warnings. For example this hamstring stretch destroys me, because it puts too much pressure on my lower back ligaments. Also, the bridge pose (another video) is too much if you have just pulled your lower back (not muscles, but other soft tissues, i.e. ligaments). I begin to get better, then I go backward because some of the stretches/exercises are too much.

  • Take your shoes off!!! Point your bent leg toes, and hurdler is fine!

  • Shame about the audio level.

  • please fix your audio. I have it on max and I still cannot hear you clearly.

  • Many people don't understand the hurdler's stretch. I use it and teach. A person need to the hip prepared for this stretch. If that is the case, the knee will not be in danger. Hurdler's stretch also tilt's the pelvis in a more functional way, then unilateral sit and reach.

  • Also apply heat before stretching beacuse that will losen your muscle fibers and don't worry if you cant straighten your leg all the way. Just start where you can and work your way down as the halmstring muscles lengthen. Be patient and consintent and you will see huge improvements in you flexability.

  • TO answer LAmstrad, get a deep tissue massage that should help. I had similar problem and i was recovered almost 40% after the first massage.

  • what do i do if i cant sit up on my tail bone without bending my knees? I cant do this posture unless i bend the knee or lean back because my hamstrings are so tight...

  • Try Using Active Isolated Stretch lying on Back

Start by stretching calf first! Then Bent Knee.

  • Great video but the volume seems to be off. I maxed it on both the screen and on my speakers and could barely hear any sound at all.
