Bro je pense vraiment pas que le "leucine" soit tellement important. Je sais pas si tu sais mais il y a 8 acides aminés qui ne sont pas fabriqué par notre corps ( la leusine etant 1 d'entre eux) et qui doivent se trouver dans notre alimentation. BCAA est deja archi suffisant pour te procurer ses acides aminés essentiels.
J'essaierai ta nouvelle creatine et j'te dirai si ça fonctionne sur moi. Cheers!

There is a video on youtube titled 'Sugar: The Bitter Truth' it's really good a little long (about an hour, or so), but very informative. I think you'd enjoy it.
@manraj300 A complete protein chain is the best protein, that's really a weird question. Tons of protein powders out there to choose from, they all do pretty much the same thing, with the exception being Casein, which is slow absorption.
Also, muscle building = size to begin with, don't you think? I don't think you can build on top of something without it increasing in size.

@PCAddictsLive Hey Chris! at night before Bed you must take a slow digesting Protein ( like Casein) cause it will get released gradually while your sleeping and it takes up to 12 hours to get digested . in the Morning ( after your morning cardio on an empty stomach) you'll take your Whey Protein ( which is a very fast digesting and creates an anabolic effect ) and in the morning you have to add a Slow carb meal as well like brown bread or a brown beagle and your cup of fruit or juice.

@letztunes23 if you have a caloric deficit you'll lose weight no matter what these calories are ( even if it fat) the opposite is true as well if you consume more calories than what you consume you'll gain weight so you might as well do it well .

I agree with your suggestion about answering detailed questions in video response.
The reasons why i support this are..
1. Now people can access these videos and learn a vast amount of information in a short period of time.
2. These videos will stay on YouTube so anybody can come back and review them for tips. (which i do alot)
3. Its less stress on you because now you wont be getting the same question over and over again in your inbox from different people.
