@minibeaner He's using a Wacom Cintiq 21ux. It's 2 generations old for that model. A newer 21UX version came out after that and just this september the cintiq 24hd was released. These babies are about 2500 new. But that older model you can probably grab for 1000 if you look hard enough. They make working digitally a breeze.

I've been a nord in Morrowind and Oblivion, and loved the snowy island of solstheim in Morrowind's Expansion Bloodmoon. I feel like Oblivion doesn't really compare to Morrowind or Skyrim. Oblivion really is too standard fantasy. Morrowind has a unique culture to explore, multiple cultures actually. That's part of what makes it so great. I was very relieved when, in Skyrim, they went back to that. Also, woo Swedes!

Few Things I Hope Is In the Game

-Light Coming Through Windows at night and from gap underdoor Ect. A.K.A Illumination from with-in

-better underwater stuff... like reefs and fish Ect

- Special Events, like New Years anf all the towns are have a festival to celibrate that or a Victory Ect

-The Citys/Towns To be Full of people and House some maby drinking in the tavern and listeing to the lute player or just talking with one another

@ht448 great ideas. I noticed when playing Oblivion that when your inside a building you cannot hear the rain, thunder, or wind howling outside. These things I think would greatly enhance the experience. I think seeing lighting effects from lightning on window sills and through the glass windows indoors would also be a nice feature. Sun rays reflecting the color onto surfaces through stain glass, etc would benefit indoor environments (i.e. churches.) Here's hoping these are in Skyrim :D

@ht448 your idea with the "light coming through windows" are in the game i think because Todd Howard said in a interview that "if you look from a window to a mountain then climb the mountain and look back the house is still there" so lighting effect through the window must be in the game when you can look outside from a window :D

and you idea with the tavern is in the game too with tavern brawling !! and you can choose which music is going to play!!

- Reefs? Tell me where there's a reef in subzero waters (ie Skyrim climate) and I'll show you a real vampire

- 1 ES year = 1 365 ingame days. I've finished Morrowind without reaching 365 days. Annual celebrations would be too infrequent for efficient implementation

- Each ES person has a name and role. High numbers of people would take ages to integrate in an ES game

almost every artist who will do a character, that will fit in a northern landscape, take its inspiration from the vikings that lived for 1000 years ago in Scandinavia.

Lord of the rings is an good example...Tolkien took very much inspiration from the viking sagas.

I think there were digitigrade leg mods for Oblivion. I think it was called the Argonian beautification or something.

I heard that the designers also trying to get mods onto the console, using a disk you put into your computer, and then onto your console.

I hope so, though. It makes them look much cooler. imho. And since they've made animations waaaaaay better I'll probably be playing in the 3rd person perspective throughout.
