I think the bassist behind Jeff is the bassist from Teenage Fanclub. I'm not certain, but that's an educated guess.
I dig Jay's low harmony vocals.
Holy shit...two basses, fine. Two or three guitars, fine. Two drum sets..WOW. That's...really a train wreck. But I'm amazed that they only train wreck on each other once during the song.
Yes, I think it's quicker than this or about the same speed. Just cause the drummer is playing fast chops don't mean to say it's any quicker. I'd be interested to hear them played together. Actually, no I wouldn't that would be stupid. Ha!
If you check my profile, you'll see something about a reunion. We were ok, didn't reach our potential which I think was quite high. We split before our second album was released due to it being mixed in the States while our backs were turned. Didn't have the cash to remix and this pissed most of the band off. Now I'm posting up stuff on YouTube as some sort of eulogy. Fuck it, we were one of the best bands on the planet some nights.

I really love the version on the compilation that they did - the way they switch this bittersweet country version to the moshable riff is awesome.

Almost exactly. I was in a band in the 90's and we supported Iggy on a British tour, I must've danced to this one every night for 12 days.
