I can understand the movement towards and away from the objects being with the telephoto lens, but how did you get the smooth movement from side to side? I want to say you used a tripod, but it looks like you're physically shifting, not just pivoting. Absolutely beautiful work! Amazing job!

@gna0825 The reason why you think Sigur Rós and Jónsi sound similar is because Jónsi is part of Sigur Rós, he's the singer. This is his solo stuff but he's still with the band, they're currently making a new album.

It's a made up word based on kolniðamyrkur (pitch black darkness: Kolniða- means pitch black and Myrkur means darkness). Jónsi took Kolniða- and changed the end to -ur to make it its own word, so Kolniður means 'pitch black', in a way.

Thanks, there is not much to review in terms of video features... unfortunately it is fully automatic, but does give a nice, natural look. You have to keep it on a tripod though... if you move it around, like a camcorder... it looks very bad.

If you are interested in this look in a better camera... check out the soon to be released Nikon D7000... it has full HD, manual controls, autofocus and is greatly improved for handheld work.
