i don't think it looks good on super skinny girls...where are the curves? i think it looks nice when u are doing a hour class type of figure...hips are deff a must....oh and a thick belt:)

High waisted back at last ,defines the figure so much better around the buttocks without the ghastly crack showing.

I've been against mostly high-waist bottoms. But now that I've experienced some high waists, it's not a bad look. What I've disliked/sick of was high waist skinny jeans that most ladies want so bad on this message board I'm on. High-waist skirts can be lovely. I only like high-waist pants with dramatic and voluminous legs and/or flare legs and wide legs. Done right, you'll stand high with high-waist bottoms. This, not to say, that regular and low rises aren't still to my liking...

If you have short legs: don't wear bell bottoms. they'll give the illusion of shortness. If short torso: high rise pants,skirts will make you look short as well.

agree. only extremely skinny people can get away with it, but even they still look better in ANYTHING else. and those were mom jeans no matter what they say.
