If you notice he wears a watch on boh wrists. The reason he does this is because he had an appointment with a multi-million dollar potential customer and he was 10 minutes late, the battery in his watch was dying, he didn't even get to meet with the client. He has worn 2 watches ever since not just for the logical reason but as a reminder of how easy it is to loose a client.
