i understand this clip to just to show Michael Smith's pantry. If you've ever watched his shoe "chef at home" he readily goes INTO the pantry in search of items.... it's a fantastic design for a pantry.... this clip also shows his humble storage containers....ie: mason jars. It's a realistic pantry meant for a realistic kitchen.

Yes Chef Michael is definitely inspirational. Down to earth kind of guy not fancy b.s. that goes on with most cooking shows
