Great job! I heard that this camera records video in mp4... Can you edit it with Adobe Premiere or do you advise another editing software? What resolution is the cam able to shot 300/600 fps video? Is it HD too? Thx for you reply in advance! Peti

You can use Premiere and Adobe After Effects. I would not use any other progs as I find adobe gives great options and really puts control in your hands. The slow motion video from R10 is not HD, it is only SD. I have this camera and I find the slow motion footage is really shitty quality.

Whatever it is, it is really shitty, I MEAN REALLY REALLY SHITTY. The video size is about as big as a pack is smokes and its very low quality. I have this camera, grea for HD video though and macro too.

oh ok..so you just shoot at 300fps and when you put it in your editing software it's slow motion?..I mean, is the slow motion a feature in the camera or something you did in your editing? cool use of the feature.

Yes :) If you can shoot at 300fps, that is slow motion as is, so rather than saying 'slow motion' is a feature, being able to shoot at 300fps is a feature of this camera. :)

an aside. I work in film semi professionally, I worked on the tv show 'time warp' for the discovery channel and their ultra slo mo camera did something like 5,000 frames per second, mention of a digital 'high speed camera' that did something like a million frames per second also came up...it's funny, they call a super slo mo camera a 'high speed' camera.
