I just got my circle lenses yesterday. Today after soaking them in solution overnight, i tried putting them in my eyes for the first time. It took me seriously 4 hours just only putting one in -_- I kept blinking alot, and i couldnt get it to stick onto my eye.
when you are placing the contacts in your eyes, your pupil goes upward then look back down? i mean like placing the cons aligned to the pupil then slide it on? :o im a first timer..
@iheartkent Brenda uses iMovie to edit her videos :) That's the only video editing software with text in macs :p So yeah,it's only for macs sorry about that ;p

@mymommylovesmakeup Hi Sarabeth :) Yes I would recommend that you rinse well and soak them with lens solution over night because the solution in the little vials may irritate your eyes if you put the lenses directly in your eyes.
I got the same circle lens! xD I use only 1 hand to wear my contact lenses. I'll use my middle finger to lower down my lower eyelid and my index finger to put it in. I don't use my free hand to hold my upper eyelid up. o.o... I think it's fast and convenient. I use this method because my friend is doing it. ._. and she's quick and fast. lol. =) Now I can do it too!

I've tried for about half an hour and at one point the lenses rolled off my finger and onto the floor so now I have to soak it in solution :/ I think the lenses may be too big for my eyes because they are 14.7 dia, but my eyes are also pretty big so yeah :c
@bluqua I recommend flinging the excess solution from the lens and then placing on your somewhat dry finger, this helps the lens to maintain its bowl shape and will therefore ease lens insertion :D

3 questions i am sure everyone has, 1, can they get lost on ur eyeball if u r trynna to put them on and blinking, 2, do u actually feel them on ur eye and does the color change when you wear them, 3,will you notice if they fall out?

hey! I was wondering how the prescription works for circle lens. Because my prescription for my R eye is -2.00-1.25 x 167. So would i put in -2.00 for the strength or does it work differently?

I tried Geo Animation series, and they were GREAT. Much more confortable than other brands. I mean, these always stings my eyes when I remove them after many hours. GEO lenses does not. This proof that if something comes from Korea, it doesn't mean it MUST be bad quality. Instead, I think they are really excellent!Too bad, too bad that you don't ship to Europe yet :(

Hello everyone, i really want the Geo Tricolor Green contacts and i notice in pictures that they don't fully cover you eyes. I have big eyes and i was wondering if it would make a difference (since i have big eyes) or is that how the contacts are!?
This always happens to me, and I am an accustomed user. It is normal because that's always something that touches your eyeball, specially in firstime users.
Try to wet the lens with a drop of solution before the insertion. The sting and the red should vanish after 4-5 minutes. If not, and still hurts, remove them and check if your hands are perfectly clean or if there is dirt on the lenses.
Make sure you always clean and dry your hands VERY GOOD before you touch it.
@hokokkong that usually means your eyes or the underside of your contacts are too dry when you put your contacts in. Try putting some saline solution or contact-friendly eye drops in your eyes before you put them in. hope that helps
@queendouble it will just feel a little funny...and then it should feel like you're not wearing it at all. If it hurts, i would recommend taking it out and look if there are small dust particles on it.
@MsHolyzero What I find helps me to put in either soft or hard lenses (I've had the hard ones since 11yo. I panicked a lot learning to put them in, so you're not alone!) is to make sure I watch the mirror and not the location of my finger. That's more nerve wracking, IMHO and it frequently misplaces the lens. After you get comfortable and learn to be able to stare at your finger, you can put in contacts with no mirror. Beyond that, practice!
@MsHolyzero I used to be like that too when I first started colour contacts. But you just gotta take a deep breath and go for it. You'll see it isn't as bad as you think it is haha xD
@MsHolyzero Take your time and don't rush yourself. I find it best to look in the mirror and according to which eye your putting the lens it turn your head so that you are looking in the mirror at the opposite side of your nose, gently place the lens towards the bottom white part of your eye and barely put the lens on your eye. It should make contact with your eye and then without blinking look in the other direction and it should slide to the center of your eye. Hope this explains it well. :)
@AngelContacts do you need to wash them first with the solution before soaking it or do you just leave it to soak up the solution without having to wash them?
@kagome375 For the record, all contact lenses (even the ones your doctor prescribe) pose a certain threat to your eyes. Just as long you keep your hands and lenses clean and wear them for no longer than the recommended time then you should be fine.

@piney12gurl It is recommended 6-8 hours. If at any point your eyes feel tired...take them off and place them in your contact lens case :) You should never stress your eyes!
@piney12gurl yes, i guess only if you'll put contacts solution every 4 hours, or when your eyes feels irritated.. i tried wearing my contacts whole day. and didn't get irritated or something. because i drop 2 contacts solution drops each eye.. i think it depends on the contact lenses you use?
You should never take it out of the case and hold it with your nails. You will just cut them .. :S Its totally wrong. Sorry.. im using lens for 3 years now, so trust me. I know what im talking about.
@Jyujyi - I wouldn't say it is 'wrong'. It all depends on how careful you are. True that you shouldn't use your nails to hold the lens. I don't have huge fingers or long nails so it is fine for me to pick it out from the lens case. Another way would be to pour out the whole solution with the lens on your palm so you don't have to reach in. :)
@JohnPortfolio2010 Lol that is definitely one of the biggest fears I had too...but no they never got jammed in my eye so I'm all good :) Just wear them for the recommended time and you should be fine :)
Hi! Please let me ask you: I bought a vial of Geo lenses, and I still didn't open it...
I heard that you must rinse the lenses right after taking these off the vial for the first time, because if you wear them without rinse (then directly from the vial), it will sting your eyes! Is that true? And in that case, what should I use for rinse the lenses? XD Sorry but I'm still a newbie!
@GTdba Hihi...yes it is recommended that you rinse them well in your own contact solution ( I use Opti-free) and then soak them for at least 6 hours before wearing them....I didn't know that we had to soak them and I put them directly into my eyes and they stung. Haha so make sure you soak and rinse them well before wearing them :)
Unfortunately there is not the Opti-free brand solution in my country. But of course, I might ask to my optician which one to buy :D
One more thing: I heard that when you rinse them it is good to rub gently them with your finger in a clockwise circle movement. What difference does it makes? XD
I was wondering if it mattered which circle lense went into which eye. I brought a pair of plano ones and they had no markings on which was left or right. Does it matter? i hope not since i have already tried them on :p

@GTdba - Some people can wear them for longer periods but I usually wear them for max 6-8 hours. Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally yet..in the future tho!!

@sweetpompompudding The more vibrant and darker side is usually the outside of the lens :) Also, the lens should rest perfectly in a shape of a bowl with the edge pointing upwards. Hope that helps!
i only wear glasses..but have always been interested in circle lens! although i probably wont ever wear contacts, this was a very informative video!!! :]

@MsHolyzero Take your time and don't rush yourself. I find it best to look in the mirror and according to which eye your putting the lens it turn your head so that you are looking in the mirror at the opposite side of your nose, gently place the lens towards the bottom white part of your eye and barely put the lens on your eye. It should make contact with your eye and then without blinking look in the other direction and it should slide to the center of your eye. Hope this explains it well. :)

@x3Tiinqq Yep, I totally recommend soaking them first in your solution...my eyes were really sensitive to the solution..it burned my eyes :P

i've heard they can cause blindness.
which makes me afraid to buy them and take that chance.

@kagome375 For the record, all contact lenses (even the ones your doctor prescribe) pose a certain threat to your eyes. Just as long you keep your hands and lenses clean and wear them for no longer than the recommended time then you should be fine.

@piney12gurl It is recommended 6-8 hours. If at any point your eyes feel tired...take them off and place them in your contact lens case :) You should never stress your eyes!

@piney12gurl yes, i guess only if you'll put contacts solution every 4 hours, or when your eyes feels irritated.. i tried wearing my contacts whole day. and didn't get irritated or something. because i drop 2 contacts solution drops each eye.. i think it depends on the contact lenses you use?

You should never take it out of the case and hold it with your nails. You will just cut them .. :S Its totally wrong. Sorry.. im using lens for 3 years now, so trust me. I know what im talking about.

@Jyujyi - I wouldn't say it is 'wrong'. It all depends on how careful you are. True that you shouldn't use your nails to hold the lens. I don't have huge fingers or long nails so it is fine for me to pick it out from the lens case. Another way would be to pour out the whole solution with the lens on your palm so you don't have to reach in. :)

@JohnPortfolio2010 Lol that is definitely one of the biggest fears I had too...but no they never got jammed in my eye so I'm all good :) Just wear them for the recommended time and you should be fine :)

Hi! Please let me ask you: I bought a vial of Geo lenses, and I still didn't open it...
I heard that you must rinse the lenses right after taking these off the vial for the first time, because if you wear them without rinse (then directly from the vial), it will sting your eyes! Is that true? And in that case, what should I use for rinse the lenses? XD Sorry but I'm still a newbie!

@GTdba Hihi...yes it is recommended that you rinse them well in your own contact solution ( I use Opti-free) and then soak them for at least 6 hours before wearing them....I didn't know that we had to soak them and I put them directly into my eyes and they stung. Haha so make sure you soak and rinse them well before wearing them :)

Unfortunately there is not the Opti-free brand solution in my country. But of course, I might ask to my optician which one to buy :D
One more thing: I heard that when you rinse them it is good to rub gently them with your finger in a clockwise circle movement. What difference does it makes? XD

I was wondering if it mattered which circle lense went into which eye. I brought a pair of plano ones and they had no markings on which was left or right. Does it matter? i hope not since i have already tried them on :p

Great video! So it seems that both Geo Circle lenses and common colored contacts can be put in/out and be cleaned in the same way, is it so?
I am going to buy a pair of Geo Angel eyes lenses and Geo Animation series lenses for cosplay , but I want to ask you: are they confortable?
One more thing: I'll probably take them on for more than 8 hours. Is there any risk that they can damage my sight due to this?
( I used to wear common colored contacts for 12 hours, but they only dryed my eyes a bit)

@GTdba Thanks! Yep they are cleaned and handled the same way :) Just remember to treat them with care! They are very comfortable if you wear them for a maximum of 6-8 hours. I think these lenses will look awesome for cosplay ^^!

@GTdba - Some people can wear them for longer periods but I usually wear them for max 6-8 hours. Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally yet..in the future tho!!

Please can you give me another way. I am only 10 and i have twilight contacts and i cry for 10 minutes in the bathroom getting them in. I cant do it the normal way like you do that. It is harder for me , I Have had contacts for 1 full day and worn them but i took half an hour in the bathroom this morning crying i NEED HELP!!!! @sweetpompompudding The more vibrant and darker side is usually the outside of the lens :) Also, the lens should rest perfectly in a shape of a bowl with the edge pointing upwards. Hope that helps!
