  • Prostitution is not "slavery." Although it's not something I would do, or condone. If that's the case, consider strip club owners pimps as well. America is pimping you all. Case closed

  • @CALICOTV301 best comment i received on this video! thank you! ;)

  • Boutax

  • @MRAVOX4 Fucktard

  • @MRAVOX4

    Douchebag.

  • I know it's a little late, I just saw the vid.

Any reason why you don't recognise all the male prostitutes?

  • @sirskeptic yeah, because male prostitutes wernt being attacked by this particular vlogger.....who is an extreme feminists, so he claims. only the female prostitutes, as usual, who of course can never think for themselves and always have to be someones victim, unlike free thinking and choosing male prostitutes. if he was pro women, he would support all women and their choices to do what they want, freely with their bodies. so im not buyin the bs.

  • Germany has had legal prostitution for 60 years and it works out taxes are generated

females may chose to enter the business and leave when they want. Also in the service we always had to use protection on the ladies and it was mandatory.

  • haha so great. I hate the idea that sex is a bad thing. its only ever a good thing no matter how it is done if its consensual on both sides. if not it isn't sex its rape. humans aren't even the only animals that engage in prostitution. its been observed in many other primate social groups. in fact there was a study that taught chimps that if they gave the anthropologist a coin they got food and the females took coins for sex so they could get more food lol. sex is natural and fun never bad.

  • its a killer subject, really difficult. The girls up the road at night look like wasted drug addicts, they are standing out there at 8am in the morning wasted.

They have benefits in New zealand. The benefits are low, however there seems no need to resort to prostitution

  • this is a good video, peoples views on this are similar to that of drugs. after something is criminalised, it never goes away, but just goes underground and becomes exploitative and all the rest of it. but that then is justification to attach more dogma to it

  • and another thing, you do not speak for everyone. There are also many guys working as sex workers as well, do you also speak for them?

  • what do you mean as sex worker?

  • @jon2xu

in the Prostituion Law Reform Act 2003 (NZ) "sex worker" means:

' a person who provides commercial sexual services' (s.4(1))

  • 'commercial sexual services means sexual services that—

    (a) involve physical participation by a person in sexual acts with, and for the gratification of, another person; and

    (b) are provided for payment or other reward (irrespective of whether the reward is given to the person providing the services or another person)'

  • why should a Marxist to agree with fat pig capitalists making profit from the sex trade?

Surely that's the ultimate form of human exploitation, selling the body.

Feminazi libertarians argue for "rights" in realtion to the human body. Rights are so metaphysical and ellusive, they are "the big mythical beast"

  • morals? Are you a moral relativist.

See the mess left up the road every night by the pimps and heroin whores. There are used condoms on the footpaths, and other nasty disgarded material.

It's dangerous up there at night, someone was stabbed, murdered. There are pimps waiting in darkened windowed cars, looking really suspicious.

Parliament decriminalized it in new zealand. The state tax it. That money, maybe some of it (ho hum), is then injected back into the sick society

  • THere is also male prostitution, so... I think you debuned him pretty good.

  • This is one way of looking at prostitution I had not thought of before, thank you for the fresh ideas.

  • Excellent video. Subbed.

The rationale for prohibition makes no sense. They want to save sex workers from victimisation by pimps, so they subject them to additional victimisation by the state. For all the talk about protecting sex workers, prohibition is always ultimately about punishing sex workers for making unpopular choices in their lives.

  • THANK YOU! you stated that much more eloquently then I did :)

  • Hell yes I love sex LOL!!! WHOOHOO LOL

I don't punish mine with sex, I punish him with FOOD LOL.

Great video, did OWP do something on this?

  • Relationships;

If you are single or if you can have & maintain, a relationship with with a partner who can accept that type of "free will", then sure, I would completely agree with your viewpoint.

I believe many men, including myself, fear a relationship with a woman who cannot commit her sexuality exclusively too her partner, hence the reason most men in particular come off as the Knight in Shining armor, or the Savior.

I as a man associate sex as a matter of sacredness, love & commitment.

  • It is about time spent, who you care for.

If you have no problems bouncing from man to man, making your money, getting your next meal etc, then great, more power too you. But if you want constancy with a partner and shared security, or attentive love and affection, then I would advise against such free willed efforts.

I truly believe morals do play a very important role in ones relationships.

Very heart wrenching to be with someone so free willed, eventually, someone will have had enough.

  • did a bit of research on prostitution after viewing this vid , and the price that the women charge at some brothels are like $1,000 to $40,000 , these prices come from legal brothels were the brothel charges $200 for the room visit , and the brothel only pays $560 Annul for license which is the same type of license as a liquor license , no wonder women take it on as a career ,

  • and again, like i told utubegirlx, if you have something to say, get the guts up and vlog it. my comment section isnt for trolls who dont have the nerve to put there voice or face out there like i do. im not interested in listening to opinions ofr trolls, sorry.

this is you tube, not you type.

  • you have so much to say, say it in a vlog! I see you just like to troll around spewing your opinions and offer nothing back to the community. Anything else you would like to add, you can grow some guts, and say it on cam.

    metta.

  • I think you might need to watch a few more amhemsley videos before you try to accuse him of "macho ego male bullshit". He couldn't be any less like that description.

  • I've no quarrels on your opinions about prostitution in this video, but I disagree with your assertion that morals are "purely subjective".

That morality is only subjective is at the base underlying the destruction of a moral society. What is the basis for laws in society if morality is purely subjective?

If our morals differ, it isn't necessarily so that mine are superior to yours or vice versa, but are they not both our individual attempts at understanding what is moral objectiveness?

  • Morals are purely subjective, but we can derive common morals... we can find common ground on what the majority of people find to be moral or immoral. There are at least two morals that are common to all people throughout time: no wanton murder and no lying.

While murder is acceptable in many context, there has rarely (if ever) been a case where it was socially acceptable to commit wanton murder. Even in Nazi Germany there was a "justification" for the holocaust in order to make it acceptable.

  • couldnt agree more with you!

  • just a little add in hun: not all prostitution is chosen, child prostitution and the force being used to get some of those girls to work. it's big business for the cartels that run these thing's.

I thought i might add this tiny bit for you.

  • None of this would exist if prostitution were legal.

  • child prositution and slavery exists because the trade is underground, its allowed to. If it were legal, finding these cartels would be alot easier. And sex slaves is not the same as prositutes. Its another whole differnt thing. Sex slaves are illegal thruout the world, for good reason, prostitution is not. I am NOT saying I think prosttution is good, Im saying as a free society, we cant tell people what they can and can not do with their bodies when they are hurting anyone else. Im pro freedom!

  • Dang Jak, that was some incredibly intense and accurate stuff! Spot on!

I'll be doing a response for sure! I posted some details on your homepage, but I think you know where I'll be going with my vid.

    Peace sister.

  • intense, indeed!

i so look forward to your video, i may have to respond to you and get out some more of this frustration i have! lol

  • Prostitution should be legal and it should be the right of two consenting adults to engage in whatever they please, I completely agree there.

But there is a root issue which nobody is addressing: there are issues with these behaviors- prostitution, porn, striptease, etc.. Both men and women get emotionally desensitized and instead of restrictions and criminalization, we need proper education to deal with this problem.

How can we be free, yet remain physically and emotionally healthy!?

  • spot on. advocating that people be treated like animals b/c they decide to use their own body in a certain way is absurd and barbaric. clearly, the way state sponsored goons treat "offenders" is 1000x more offensive, or would be in a more sane society.

  • YESSSSSSSSSS!

    i so adore you! lol

  • out of the videos i've watched i'm surprised no one has mentioned the fact that if you film and upload it to the internet you can call it porn and it's perfectly legal lmao!

  • Oh only you can do that? I see.

  • how am i judging by saying sex between 2 consenting adults should NOT be illegal, no matter WHY they chose to have sex.

look, i know your trying to stick up for your friend and all, but thats enuf. really. im done. best of luck to you.

  • Get morality out of prostitution? Um...why would any self respecting woman want to prostitute herself?

  • self respecting, youre judging. you cant hold people to your own personal standards and beliefs.

consenting sex between adults, whether it be for money, or a dinner and a movie, or a drink, or just because they WANT TO should not be against the law. period.

  • if they are victims, then why aren't you rallying to repeal the draconian laws that turn them into free slave labor for corporate owned state sanctioned prisons which does the opposite of rehabilitate them? thus leaving a mark on the woman's record that will prevent her from ever getting a good job again?

bottom line : it's not ok to break into someone's home and take away their freedom, because you think what theyre doing is "yucky"

but i guess your moral judgement doesn't extend that far.

  • Nothing good has ever come from prostitution. Research x prostitutes, hear their stories, see their tradgedies and self loathing. See how many have died at the hands of their 'clients'. etc. This is one woman's point of view.

  • i wish u go to hell u are pretty

  • sorry, dont believe in hell. just another one of your make believe fantasy bubbles that needs to be popped. by the way, santa isnt real either. *gasp* i know!

  • Vita!

    xoxoxox

  • I think Hemsley is a socialist - and this sort of thing is typical of them. They think they have the right to violently force others to behave in ways that they find appropriate. (laws) But it's shittier than that, because they mask it all in rhetoric about human freedom and liberation.

  • u realise that socialist is nt a dirty word outside america

  • And? I didn't use socialist in a derogatory or pejorative sense. I haven't branded it a "dirty" word, and yet you come at me with this cliche line. I pointed out what seems to be a tendency among socialists: they think they have the right to force others into behaving how they want them to behave, and they mask this totalitarian impulse in the rhetoric of humanism. It's shameful.

  • u quite clearly have no understanding of what socialism is and must never have visited a socialist country.

  • You quite clearly avoid details and use cliche cop outs. Bye now.

  • u seem to think that socialism is in some way equated with totalitariansim, and yet when u compare the us with the much more socialist european states u soon see that infact we have many more freedoms over here.

we also have most of the happiest countries in the world with the best healthcare.

  • Socialism is totalitarianism if it is statist socialism. Voluntary socialism is a wonderful idea, but the socialists may not forcibly oppress others who wish to be capitalists and etc. No one has the right to force others - not you, not me. Socialists deny this and claim the right to violently oppress people who disagree with them. (Capitalists) And NO, you do not have "more freedoms", you have more state-granted ENTITLEMENTS. If you don't know the difference, you don't know what freedom is.

  • what do u think the bill of rights is then? state granted entitlements?

and anyway thats nt our system in the uk. our laws tell us what we cant do, nt what were 'entitled' to do.

and i think ur forgettin that the socialist countries in europe are infact democracies, and the ppl vote for the socialist parties.

  • if anyone is unhappy theyre perfectly able to vote for a different party, or move somewhere with more 'freedom' such as the us, bt as i said before far from being unhappy they are most of the happiest, content, highly educated and healthy countries in the world

  • youre right :)

  • Agreed. This way of thinking is judgement. I am not qualified to judge anyone, only myself(and do on a daily basis). "Why you point your finger when someone else is judging you? Couldja be, couldja be, couldja be loved?"

  • Wow...what a bitch.

  • 1:15 Morals may be subjective, however that in no way precludes us from holding you to social standards.

  • Once in a intro to philosophy class the argument was presented that prostitution was wrong because you wouldn't want your sister or other family member to do it.

I said i wouldn't want my brother to clean porta-potties, but someone has to do it.

  • hahaha

and some WANT to do it. its all about freedom baby!

    *sending u huge hugs* :)

  • As a former sex worker, it IS prostitution. The "power" that a woman can rationalize is a false-power and has "chains" of its own that has its own destruction.

YHWH calls it adultery, and that is not sexist. Yahshua loves prostitutes and desires them to be free from such a life.

I have had friends robbed and raped who DID go to the authorities and detectives that were respectful towards them.

YHWH cares about all of our bodies, even when we choose to abuse them. Shalom.

  • Some are beyond control and manipulation.

WE may have DNA history of being connected to the animal kingdom but I seek to be much more enlightened than that - I also seek those who wish to be spiritually enlightened than those who wish to support a system of disempowerment/manipulatiion/greed/ego.

    Moving on!

  • Holy Shit $100 for a blow job! Man if I was a chick I would be a Cock Sucker!!! LOL!!!

    Five Stars!!

  • FLMAO good one MBV

  • Prostitution, like drug abuse may be unsavoury to many, but the ownership of body is not an issue for the state. This is why such things should be legalised, in order to protect the prostitutes (and regulate the drug content in the other example). In Holland it is legal, and high class hookers can earn thousands. Surely the example for the supposedly sophisticated Androcentric culture

  • its okay if te video s a little blurry. i can still masterbate to a blurry picture. i think the

    governmetn should legalize drugs and

prostution since theyre the big money

makers. i kid you not by the next day the

economy will rise by 75 percent from

    insane business,

  • HAHAHHAHA "if you take out the trash i'll give you a blow job" thats how you get things DONE! lol j/k but really

  • Ive think you said all there needs to be said in the video. What consenting adults do between them is none of their business but theirs. Simple.

And forced prostitution? Well lots of women are being forced into marriage too. Does that mean marriage should be illegal? Or is it forcing people against their will that's the culprit here?

  • Totally agreed, although I don't pick up "prostitutes", I often do pay money to women friends. I need something, sex, they need something, money. In the end (no pun) we're both happy and go about our lives. AHHH I love being single

    Peace H

  • When you come back......you come back with a bang!!!!

Your points are well made....but I think that amhemsley is really more concerned with the sex slave aspect of it and maybe did not articulate that well................you are correct though, for most of us women.......WE DO NOT NEED TO BE RESCUED and YOU DID NOT RESCUE US.......men however do like to feel that way.......after all.......they are animals too.....

  • haha so true! some do like the role of knight! and thats all good, even sexy at times. lol

yeah, maybe he articulated it wrong, and should have stayed on the sex slave trade. that is illegal in every country, as well as it should be, and something we should ALL be fighting. slavery of every kind!

    thanks for watchin girlie :D

  • Etymology of moral... mōrālis, f. mōs, mōr- custom, pl. mōres manners

Custom? Erm... screw that! Customs are merely rules, imposed on people, as a means to control what people do.

Sex is a choice... A choice that only men have to pay for... think this guy is just pissed off that paying is the only way he'll get any? LOL

  • Jesus christ i would not like to meet you down a dark alleyway :-D Fuck that......

    Good vlog

  • a woman uses sex as power omfg thats the story of my life hahaha great video

  • I disagree with you on this one Jakluk. I give you ***** anyway, for speaking up. To suggestthe standard streetwalker has the power is simply false. One of my parents was in Probation and she dealt with prostitutes all the time - they are slaves, junkies, a lot of them started before they were legal - Orphanges are recruitment grounds.

High-class call-girls might have power - might have choice... probably do. The majority don't though. Wretched, pitiable women, forced into it by circumstance.

  • hey Kiddo, i dont think we disagree on this. Women are stripped of their power, because of the laws, and men who control them. I totally agree. IF however, this was decriminalized, and we treated it as a business, and let women run their own, they could be safe, much like they are in certain parts of the country, like Nevada.

I lived in Detroit, I saw first hand how "street walkers" suffered. One of my best friends turned into prostitution and got in bad with a pimp. I get it :( thank you :)

  • You'd need a quality control division, agents willin gto visit the brothels to make sure the women are.... happy (?). In control?

I don't know, Jakluk, at it's base, prostitution is still pretty unwholesome. Porn Stars now have the opt-out category in their contracts that say they will not fuck 'Ron Jeremy' - because he's a greasy blob of shite.

If Prostitutes had the same clause, they'd lose 70% of their business.

Legalization would increase safety though, and it has always existed illegally.

  • there is no stopping it.

its the oldest profession! and with good reason.

personally, i hold my personal values and morals very close to me, there are certain things i do not do, for my own personal responsibility to myself and to my children. But i LOVE having that freedom to choose for myself, i would never deny that to another woman. ever. or a man for that matter. :)

  • I have complicated morals, and have to keep myself in check using societies guidelines. That sounds stupid, but it's not. If I had complete Freedom I would carry a gun and shoot everyone who even slightly insulted me.

We also have to consider the mainstreaming of pornography - how it has affected everythin gfrom pop music to children's toys - and question what the mainstreaming/legalization of prostitution would do to society - human rights, worker's rights, the overall value of dignity.

  • if everyone was respectful of one another, and showed the same compassion for others as they would want to be shown, you wouldnt need the gun or be insulted. :) but alas, that world doesnt exist, not yet at least.I think we as a society have perverted sex and warped it. but thats another rant for another day! hahaha Great points you make tho, thats for sure :)

  • Comment removed

  • This is what bother me about feminists who are against prostitution and pornography. And I have no personal axe to grind here. I haven't been to a prostitute in many years and I'm not in to porn. But for fucks sake, this is not a black and white issue. Be *against* any abuses that might occur during prostitution, but there are countless examples of it not being a coercive situation. Women (and men) should be able to do what they want.

  • mmm.. The question is my friend ...to say that prostitution is a victimless crime is wrong..Most prostitutes are either drug addicts or slaves to gangs or pimps ..This young lady did not live in the neighborhood I did ..If she had she would speak a different tune ...This is not about power ...How many prostitutes become millionaires ? It however should not be a crime ..It should be delete as a social issue ..

  • Oh someone should tell this young lady that in countries like even Canada a women can take off her shirt just like a man..and mow the lawn ...times are a changing

  • great points! and thanks :)

  • I don't see what the potential for becoming a millionaire has to do with it. And in my neighborhood there are prostitutes who make 10X what I did in my best working years.

When she speaks of power, she's talking about power over your own life. That abuses occur in the industry is beyond doubt and needs to be addressed. Not prostitution.

Who are we to judge someone's motives for being a prostitute?

  • You my friend mistake motive for necessity and how is that different from slave labor ?

  • Again, women who are making significant amounts of money (or even significant compared to what the could make per week working 40 or 50 hours) are not doing it by necessity. They choose to make more money (motivation) in prostitution.

And, again, I agree with you for the cases where they are doing it from necessity. They should have other options, and that *is* our business. But if they still choose prostitution over expanded options - who are we to judge?

  • This to me is not a judgment issue.... It is a social one ...If you had a mother like mine you would know that ...the "significant amounts of money" due to prostitution only leads to a quicker decline when someone is a drug addict

and the children suffer believe me they suffer ...victimless crime not on your life !

  • once again tho AR, the issue your bringing up....the victims....was not created BY prostitution. It was created by a drug dependency your mother chose to have. However horrible that choice was, it was still her choice. And it was the drugs that created the spiral, and yet some say, drugs should be decriminalized. It is a personal choice one makes to use them or not.

My heart goes out to you, know that. My father was a cocaine addict and an alcoholic for years. I know all to well.

  • The day people stopped insulting each other, where we could walk any neighbourhood without fear or travel any country without caution - we would have evolved, we would no longer be human, just as to be human is no longer considered to be primate (though it is, the extreme elderly take on a very ape-like appearance - my grandpa especially - don't tell him I said that though). (He's cool and I love him)... See, I can't talk honestly without insulting someone... still unevolved : D

  • hehe, i still adore u tho kiddo! ;)

  • : )

  • "chose to have" try forced into by a pimp when 17...

    really

jakluk4I as I said you are trying to fit the circumstance neatly into this nice little package and my experience says you are wrong ..Though your thinking is correct in that punishing prostitution does nothing..It still does not make it a free from what it is for most in the field and their families an abusive life

  • great reply AA, thanks!

  • You're right about the prostitution thing. Those laws are relics from the past and aren't of any benefit these days.

  • Great job hon! My body, my life. PERIOD. Are there people out there that take advantage of others, yup, but that isnt what this is about. Great job.

  • thanks girlie, im so glad youre back! :D

    xoxox

  • My personal position is that should be legalized. Take it out of the hands of the pimps; put it in the hands of the government for stuff like mandatory testing of STDs drug tests etc... That way a woman can practice prostitution if she wants and society is protected from transmissions of STDs and so on.

    2 of 2

  • Yep.

  • A little too close to your mic (distorts your voice when you yell). I have to agree with you to a point. If a woman makes a choice to be a prostitute that is her choice and no one else has the right to tell her what she may or may not do with her body. If she is forced into it (pimps preying on runaways etc...) that is another story as we are getting back to controlling another person.

    1 of 2

  • exactly! couldn't agree more, and thanks for stoppin by to share your thoughts with me. :)

and thanks, i turned down the mic, new cam, but my laptop is greatly lagging. i have issues! lol

  • Can I suggest maybe a decent USB mic if the finances allow. Gives you better audio quality ( but don't get a condenser mic, picks up too much background noise)

  • LMAO i just bought this one, it was $100!

    dont make me cry! hahahahahaa

I think it was set up to high. i hope! LMAO

    xoxox

  • Yes... I agree.

It's a difficult issue, because as long as there is any type coeersion involved, including dire economic circumstances, then that choice is not exactly made out of free will. I'm not talking about supplementing your college degree, btw... I'm talking truly desperate situations, especially in third world economies.

  • agreed!

and your comment, is the main one i was lookin for Ella! hahaha

yeah, youre that rock star to me! hehe

    xoxox

  • jak :) well, just to clarify, I'm in favor of legalized prostitution, as it provides far more safeguards for the women involved than in a black market situation. It works quite well in Germany and Holland, although even there, many abuses still exist, including coersion to enter the 'trade'. This became particularly pronounced after the economic collapse of Eastern Europe, which created many economic refugees, including many poor women who were duped by the promise of other employment.

  • I agree 100%

  • Take away the religious stigma attached to it and the perverted viewpoint that society forces down our throats prostitution boils down to a simple "service industry job". We don't condemn a carpenter for using his skill/experience to build our deck or cabinets. How many waiters or waitresses are put in jail for serving their customers? None. As the great George Carlin said "Why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away?"

    Peace my friend

  • most excellent comment rad! :)

  • This is what you get with most communists. They turn out to be srs moralfgs.
