Very powerful. Raw and empty. I found my mind wandering to wonderful places in the silence between notes. This piece is so peaceful, I could feel all the stress of the day being gently swept away. Incredible!! Thank you for helping me feel this way.

The music adds drama to these often stark images and I think adds more movement to what you see.

In my work as a drama teacher I ask students to recreate an image and then fast-forward, flash-back or even hot seat the characters in the scene.

I find myself doing this with each of your images.

I am very moved by what you have said. I feel I am slowly improving at it. A lot of mistakes have been made along the way. The images have to be good because yt have the mostannoying habit of picking the worst 3 to choose from to showcase the vid. Sounds like your students are in good hands. Nice to meet you. Andy

Less IS more, that`s what someone told me once. And often it`s very true. Too much noise, high tempo, static and hyper-arranging. I agree. That`s why I love movies with a lot of silence, images and expressions can say a lot. This video is full of outstanding images as usual, you have the most excuisite taste and depth. Where do you find all these amazing images? I downloaded this video, extracted the audio and converted it to mp3 and I`m now listening to it on my ipod. It`s brilliant.

Wow! Very touched by that. Still learning, I took a few chances musically with this one. I think I have really been influenced by Tom Wait's piano style. The way he throws outlandish things in then slays you with the most beautiful of melodies. I wish he could hear just one of my piano pieces! Thanks for the comment!! I am speachless, almost. Yes, I haven't been around much.. I have seen you've posted videos, but lack of time and other things have prevented me lately, form watching as many videos as I'd like to do, let alone commenting on them all.. My son starts his second cycle of chemotherapy on Tuesday, and it's all keeping us quite occupied.. it'll be even more so after the surgery in October, but one day hopefully some sort of normality will return.. :)

Quiet moments of desperation and humor. You fit them all together so well.
