@keljad2000 well thats good and i am glade that it helped you out and good job getting 9 nice work and i have a question for u what vid do you think that i should make next for you
@crunch083 what a tosser ....the kid made a great video, get off your fat arse and go an d do something positive.......positive its in the dictionary near fukwit
@HookedupFishing No worries man. Looks like crunch is still looking up the dictionary...;) baits try showing what baits to use and how to put on the hook.
rule no2 never clip ya hooks to your runners as they may move and crack ya glass wraps. if you dont have a clip just above the reel set like this guy does then wrap ya line round ya reel handle.
My neck f'ing hurts now....

dud i use 4lb for squid and ive never snapped off.
completely6125random 11 months ago
a few things mate:
- good on you for making the video, but next time, tell the camera man to hold the camera properly, not side on!
- never use a snap swivel, it stuffs the action of the jig. either tie your leader straight to the jig, or use a jig snap (no swivel)
- this rig is only good for shallower waters, for hte deeper stuff, get rid of the float and work your jig
again, keep up the good work mate!

@HookedupFishing I run 30Lb pound on my TLD 25. find it more than enough in Victoria and it allows me to have a bit more a sporting feel.

Sorry dude, so much about that vid makes me cringe.
"Really nice eggbeater rod from BigW, I got for $40" - Oximoron.
Cutting with a knife.
Tying without lube (saliva) as mentioned.
I cannot for the life of me work out what you're trying to tell me at 2:05
and my necks sore.
Massive props for having a go dude, but remember that people are watching and will do as you do...

HookedupFishing 2 years ago
you really dont need the floater the squid gets scarred of it
just rig the jig to your main line toss it as far as you can
then reel it in continuously
