ok legally this man couldn't do this and but what he did wasn't so bad in my opinion. yea he probably broke policies but what he did isn't much different from what an officer of the law would have had the kid not complied. He asked this kid to move to the front of the bus and the kid would not comply. thats a refferal. if i was the kid tho i would have rocked him for laying a single finger on me tho.
