first press the [~] button to open command prompt, then click on the body and type "resurrect" thenpress enter and they should come back to life, they might be kinda glitchy tho

Technically, there is not meant to be any money in the mansion, as was explained to you by Ocheeva. Although saying that, when my luck was at 95 (i raised it every level up I got, plus was born under the sign of the theif and created custom class giving start of 65), I decided to look around and just see what was in this house. On the top floor, there if you turn right to the staris there is an area with several boxes and chests. Inside one of them I found 200 gold, as well as several soul gems

Not in the sense that you can use it as a house, but I believe you're able to store items in the chests once you complete the quest.

when i played this quest i used my omg spell to cause a riot and only two were left alive one i killed in his sleep and than the lady who talks to you in the begining i used eletrucution to kill her but somhow i cound't get the bonus it said she say me kill her wich is dumb!
