Well there's a lot of different things in game play, but if you're asking if there's more gameplay vs the console then no, and not without download extra content mods. You can use more talents & spells on the PC faster and you don't have to pause the game everytime you want to heal or drink a potion. I like playing the game without using pause and only use it when need most.
