But the fact is that if you get too much sun radiation, you will damage your skin (cells) and in some cases people get cancer. i work in the health care area and most people with skin cancer (melanoma, etc..) got too much sun radiation. @utrapzab I don't have the palest skin and I live in the UK so don't need a sunscreen unless by the sea in the summer or there's a heatwave and even then wouldn't need anything stronger than SPF 8. However they have banned the anything lower than SPF 15 so I have to use something I don't need and block more vitamin D or not use anything at all. This year I decided not to use anything at all and took beta carotenoids instead.

Hearing "There is no evidence that anti perspirants containing aluminium cause breast cancer" isn't going to make me starting using chemical anti perspirants again especially as there are alternatives and I've got used to them. My answer to that is "There is no evidence that they don't cause breast cancer". Why not err on the safe side.

But the fact is that if you get too much sun radiation, you will damage your skin (cells) and in some cases people get cancer. i work in the health care area and most people with skin cancer (melanoma, etc..) got too much sun radiation. @utrapzab I don't have the palest skin and I live in the UK so don't need a sunscreen unless by the sea in the summer or there's a heatwave and even then wouldn't need anything stronger than SPF 8. However they have banned the anything lower than SPF 15 so I have to use something I don't need and block more vitamin D or not use anything at all. This year I decided not to use anything at all and took beta carotenoids instead.

I should have only used that first pair of glasses just for recognising bus numbers and taken them off when walking along the street away from buses and when knowing the way and also at home.

As soon as I hear the lie starting with the words "there is no evidence that ____" then I know some gaslighting or mindcontrol is going on. Hearing "There is no evidence that anti perspirants containing aluminium cause breast cancer" isn't going to make me starting using chemical anti perspirants again especially as there are alternatives and I've got used to them. My answer to that is "There is no evidence that they don't cause breast cancer". Why not err on the safe side.

@27boof I've never had one as I refused. Somebody has to speak up against mammograms as women are so brainwashed into having them. See it on breakfast news before you've had a chance to wake up properly so are more susceptible then but they never show the breast actually being squashed as flat as a pancake and how it's as painful as having a tooth extracted without anaesthetic.
