Just wanted to let you know that my Aunt has similar health problems. She has arthritis and spinal problems. It got so bad that she had to use a walker for a while. However, now she is just fine. She got an epidural that is supposed to last 1 year and she was back to normal a few days after it. I suggest that you try it. Also, she's 72 which is much older than you and she was supposed to get another injection 6 months ago but doesn't need it. If you want any more info just ask.

I Had A Shot In My Lower Spinal Area And It Helped For Awhile. I Think It Would Have Lasted Longer, But I Pretty Much Abusing It With This Moving Crap. They Actually Gave Me Sedatives Before They Did It. I Felt A Little Prick Was All. My Friend Says DO NOT HAVE BACK SURGERY If Possible. And The PT Hasn't Helped Me Either. But Then Again, This Gentleman Has Been Driving Me Places, And Has A Truck That I Need A Step To Even Get Up Enough To Get In. It Is Quite A Pretty Sight NOT!!!!!
